RTVE has released a new video preview feature for its rtve play service. This new feature allows users to select a program and watch a “trailer” of the content before playing. These previews are produced automatically with artificial intelligence, eliminating the need to have the editorial team do this manually.

The city council of Vilagarcía de Arousa in Pontevedra and R have reached an agreement to develop a project based on 5G technology for recording and broadcasting sports events ('videostreaming') in real-time. This state-of-the-art service will be implemented at the municipal stadium of A Lomba through the automatic and remote production system with 4K video capabilities tiivii.

January 23th, 2024.- The project, promoted by Cinfo and Kipu Quantum on the R infrastructure, applies the computing capacity offered today by quantum computing to the Galician operator's optical fiber backbone network, examining its robustness and resilience to potential outages and/or critical situations.
