The Madrid Volleyball Federation (FMVB), in its efforts to continue renewing and promoting Volleyball and Beach Volleyball in the region, has recently reached an agreement with cinfo, a leading Spanish company in the development of products based on Artificial Intelligence and video processing. Together they aim to revolutionize live streaming at upcoming events to be held in Madrid, including the CEV Continental Cup Beach Volleyball.
This new alliance will allow to promote the technological development of sports through the installation of tiivii, a fully automated live broadcasting system that does not require human intervention. Through the use of smart cameras, which will be installed in the Centro de Vóley Playa del Parque Deportivo Puerta de Hierro, tiivii produces high-quality signals in a matter of minutes, allowing the streaming of training sessions and matches.
The first event will be next May, when the CEV Continental Cup is played, becoming the official technology provider of the competition, which will be broadcast online to the 55 countries that are part of the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV).
