Together with the technical staff of the municipality, the social services team, and the Rural Development Group (GDR) Montes e Vales Orientais, we have taken the first steps towards launching a video assistance service tailored to the rural environment. This system is designed with the goal of improving the quality of life for elderly individuals and those in vulnerable situations.
